Spend time lounging in the sun at the foot of the Spanish Steps in the Piazza di Spagna, before taking a stroll to view the magnificent Trevi Fountain.īook a guided tour around the Colosseum, built between 70-80 AD, to take in the stunning architecture, view its underground chambers and get a feel for what it might have been like to enter the arena as a competing gladiator.
